Din is a proud co-founder of Shenkin group and Tento group. His passion for hospitality has started from a very young age helping run his family’s restaurant. Under his belt an impressive 17+ year journey of working, managing and owning several hospitality venues.
Din has devoted his life to perfecting the hospitality industry. He’s an expert in team building, customer satisfaction and achieving consistency across every aspect.

The experience and dedication that Gabriel brings to his work is impressive. His passion for traditional Japanese cuisine shines through in the dishes he creates. His craftwork is unique, and applaud by experienced Japanese chefs that get a taste of his creativity.
Gabriel was the apprentice of the world renowned Rokusaburo Michiba, the original Japanese Iron Chef famous for being the first to infuse Western and Japanese cuisines. Gabriel adopted his teacher’s philosophy that “there are no borders to ingredients.”
Gabriel is also known for being highly skilled in Omakase dining with unquestionable talent and passion for his craft. Gabriel is a key pillar in building the Tento brand and dining experience.
Ryota’s love for hospitality started at an early age. As a child, he was working in his family’s local Japanese cakeshop which served up some innovative treats in Fukushima. Today Ryota is an authentic Japanese chef and the proud co-founder of Tento and Nikido Group.
He has helmed the kitchen in several prestigious restaurants. He is also a clay artist, and his work has been featured in galleries and private collections around the world.
Ryota always strives to create dishes that are beautiful and uniquely presented in his clay crockery. His passion for food and art makes him truly extraordinary, his attention to detail ensures that every meal is an unforgettable experience.
